Just curious what are average weight for female czech? DDR? west german? DO they all average around the same size? Also the showline females ?

how common is it for female workingline gsd to be 70lbs or over?

My West German line working girls ranged from 60 - 66 pounds when in shape.

My working line females weight in working shape:
Recka - Orry X Dargo Ha-Ja-Da daughter = 63-65lbs
Cora - Jago Jipo-Me X Slov & WG lines on dam side = 68-70lbs
Tera - Cato Katargo X Czech lines ( Nixa Ben-Ju & Xero ) = 65lbs at 8mths old
Xena - Carly Policia-Slovakia X Balli Panta Rei daughter (DDR) = 70lbs+ at 7 months old
Sireana - old DDR lines = 90lbs, yes this was working weight.
The show line females I had in the past were all much large in size than working lines because of the longer legs, but most still average almost the same in weight. But slightly larger.

My DDR female is 60 pounds--but she is solid. I generally have smaller females right now. The smallest is about 55 pounds. My first female was 72 pounds when she did her AD--fit, lean, but muscled.
In general, a fit female over 80 pounds is going to be oversized (or very strongly built and top of the standard).

My West German working line bitch is 74 lbs in shape.
My DDR bitch (who I sold last year) was 70 lbs and could stand to drop a lb or two.

Working line female 50/50 west working/ddr is 60lbs @ 17 months old. large bones and blocky shape. her mother (ddr side) was 70 lbs working weight. I love my dogs proportions but I wish she was a little taller but oh well.

I would think height and muscle tone would have a lot do do with weight,
muscle weighs heavier than fat, Height ratio is a consideration.
