SV GSD breed standard - Page 1

Can anyone give me to the link with the SV breed standard for the GSD that shows long stock coats are now accepted and have their own registry? Everything I was able to find is outdated and still states the long stock coat is a disqualifying fault. It would have to be something printed after 2010.
