I posted all 3 pictures that I took of his xrays.   So what does everyone think?

Bad positioning... knees should face forward.  May or may not make a difference, but as is the right hip (left side) will not pass but will go mild.  Get better positioning before sending!

These were taken @ 17 months old. came back mild.

They had  subluxation and unilateral pathology  right side was checked. And mild hip dysplasia

Yep, I can see that.  The pelvis is not "flat" in the pre-lims and the knee is still not quite forward... both likely making that hip look a bit worse, but worse enough that they'd pass in PERFECT positioning, I don't know.  If this dog just turned 2, personally I'd wait until the dog is 3-4 years and have them redone by someone highly recommended in your area for GOOD positioning.  At the older age one would expect changes if indeed they are dysplastic, and none if they just look sublux due to positioning, and OFA will take this into consideration.  If this is just a pet anyway, I'd be fine with these x-rays and enjoy your boy as his hips aren't BAD.  Good luck!
