Hi all
While going through the classifieds here on the PDB last week I saw in 3 different ads from the same person  (who lives in the USA )
in these ads  were pictures used taken from 3 of our dogs which he offered for sale.
I contacted this person a couple of times to ask him to remove the pictures, he responded to say he would do so. ( but 5 days later they were still on here)
when I called him, He told me he got the pictures from someone who was at a dogclub in Germany and who told him the dogs were for sale.
I told him none of the dogs will ever be for sale so I asked him again to take the pictures off  and no respons from him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And to my BIG SUPRISE while checking it today again the 3 ads were newly placed 11hours ago and AGAIN with the pictures of our dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what to do now. the person who is doing this knows I mean him so this is the last warning TAKE THE PICTURES OUT YOUR ADS when not done by tonight I will place the links to the ads
here in this message and it will do no good to your good name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your positive they are your dogs, I wouldn't wait.  Evidently he is a scammer and better to warn people now.
So someone doesn't send this guy money for dogs he doesn't even have.  I would also put up pics of the
dogs and say they are yours and are not for sale.

Ok after asking now for a long time the pictures of our dogs are still used in this persons ads.
He did stop using the picture of our male Basco but he is still using the pictures of the 2 other dogs.
He place new ads about 6 hours ago and I told him I would respond on it in the open if he didn't stop using them
the ads he I'm talking about are

http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/classifieds.viewad?adid=180874     picture nr. 4 the dog in the show ring

http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/classifieds.viewad?adid=180875     picture nr. 3 the dog doing the heeling with the trainer in the green pants

http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/classifieds.viewad?adid=180879     picture nr. 9 same picture as the first link

The dogs in those pictures are NOT for sale

I hope he will take them out his ads now so I can remove this posting.

I am not 100% certain ,but I believe there has been other questions here about Florida dog acadamy and their credibility.
So, what will they send a buyer of one of these advertised dogs, IF they send anything.
I do hope admin will investigate this claim and BAN this florida dog acadamy from advertising here in the future if this is true.
I really find it dispicable doing business this way.

There have been other problems with this breeder. I live in FL, I've heard Klaus' name many times before, not in a good way. Is there any way to mark photos of our dogs we post here so they can't be copied?

BTW Klaus is a member here http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/forum.read?mnr=570329-florida-dog-academy---customer-complain-always-2-sites-of-a-story#571264

Thank you GSD Admin.
There are more ads of him with the pictures in it still on the PDB
He posted them several times.
But maybe he will now take them of him self.

Warm Regards

Florida Dog Academy seems to be a big expensive dog trading business.  I had sent them an email asking them about possibly getting a puppy or possibly a young adult.  He responded back by asking how much money I wanted to spend.  I responded by saying it depending on each individual dog and what its quailty was, which I considered that to be a very reasonable and logical answer..  He basically told me not to waste his time..  Isn't that an awesome way to conduct business and gain respect?
