Don't think Smiley is trying to hide her girl's pedigree; suspect she figured anyone can just click on her user name and will find her dog in the comments she's made. [Boy, I do hope I'm remembering right, and Smiley is a she!]

But it would be easier for folks to make informed suggestions if her bitch's pedigree were linked in this thread, so here it is.  Lightbulb

Well, that's why I didn't link it- just in case she's not up for the internet quarterbacks to start critiquing. I was trying to gently see if it was intentional or perhaps if she'd feel like throwing it out there for more individualized responses. Fantastic- now she can be mad at you and not me! Teeth Smile

Jenni, LOL...works for me. You know what I always say: Don't hang your shingle out if you don't want anyone to read it. Tongue Smile

And Smiley certainly has nothing to be ashamed of WRT her bitch or the pedigree of that bitch.

I have met Waiko personally a few times, and have some progeny here. I really like him. I was never a fan of show lines previously, but I fell in love with this dog. He doesn't have "out of this world" bite work, but it is solid work. I really love his temperament. Easy to be around, confident, etc. With the progeny I've had experience with I've seen no health issues. No allergies or GI upsets, good hips/elbows, etc., and he's DM clear (for what it's worth). A son of his I had here had very nice bite work. Very full and hard grips. We ended up placing him as a personal protection dog and he is fitting in very well. He's an extremely stable dog and is their young son's best friend. Just my two cents on him.  Good luck with your decision! :)

I like Waiko too!! He also has AKC points, a major, awarded by a well respected breeder judge. He's a nice golden middle dog.
