The GSDCA or GSDCA-WDA has never refused any scorebook or USCA member from their trials .. that is all USCA.  During the time the USCA refused scorebooks with SV judges scores (about 5 years) they were knowingly violating the WUSV constitution and bylaws.  The GSDCA and the GSDCA-WDA have no dual membership exclusion except for board and officers .. again all USCA spite and politics.  No $50 surcharge either .. I wonder how the GSDCA-WDA does all that extra paperwork for free??

booboo, which event was your score book denied. do you even have a score book or ever entered an event, UScA or WDA. or AKC/GSDCA/UKC/CKC for that matter.

just curious,

What part of what I wrote about scorebooks was wrong.  AWDF scorebook was denied .. can't enter an USCA trial without an USCA scorebook was the direct quote I believe.  Everything I wrote about scorebooks and dual membership is factual and correct.

I only ask about your score book and where it was denied.

Rik  I am not playing this game .. it was denied and I am not giving you name rank serial# date of birth day time weather forecast and phase of the moon when it happened so save yourself the asking.

Chris,

No need to badger Rik. If you don't have any examples because you haven't been following the subject and/or you fail to realize or acknowledge no examples exist because you are simply clueless, oops, let me erase that, I mean you simply have no idea what you are talking about, no that doesn't sound nice either,,,,,Well there's no need to get defensive just because you have no facts or examples to back up you statements.

I said an AWDF scorebook with USCA stamp was denied which was in violation of the AWDF and USCA's universal scorebook lie .. the exact quote was that "you must have a USCA scorebook to enter a USCA trial".  That is why the USCA's present $50 surcharge and bump whenever the club wants will not stand the smell test.  The USCA could not follow it's own rules for AWDF scorebooks.  And it happened twice!!  Like their parent organization the USCA clubs make up their own rules and break others .. membership is no different than leadership. The GSDCA-WDA membership exclusion and SV judges scores and scorebook violation of the WUSV constitution is and was found in the USCA bylaws on their web site.  Hardly need proof for something found in bylaws but the local clubs didn't stop there and included AWDF scorebooks as well.

May all GSD events bring out the best in our dogs and in our breeders and handlers.

Indeed .. and may all learn that empire building and favoritism have a cost both to those doing it and to the sport and GSD breed.  The USCA spent much time and effort trying to destroy the WDA and GSDCA-WDA and spared no lie or foul deed in their effort.  The GSDCA and GSDCA-WDA have every right to be treated with respect as do those GSD owners who do not belong to any GSD organization.  Events are not what dog ownership is for or about and certainly an AKC agility dog or tracking dog is just as good as any IPO dog that can bite a jute sleeve.  The dog that does not compete in IPO is not inferior.  Not all great dogs are champions and not all champions are great dogs.  Best keep that in mind.

How did this topic get back on that old crap about scorebooks?

Mystere you are so right about WDA requirements about not making the clubs have trials.  If it was a requirement then there would be no problem finding clubs.   But until WDA establish that rule there will be no WDA clubs in Alabama.  When Central Alabama Schtuzhund club went WDA - there simple was no support offered to us.   I put on one trial under the WDA banner.  The mother organization did not offer me any support when I held that trial.  The organization just seemed a little unorganized for my liking when it came to Schutzhund.  Furthermore, no support just being part of their organization.  I felt like a lone flower out in the middle of a field.  So we as a club went back to USA with no looking back.  Why would anyone want to go WDA is my question?

Yogie

I would like to add:  MirasMom  -  one just doesn't jump up one morning and say I think I will build a schutzhund club - with experience as well as a following of club members.  I have organized a  club since my split with CASC.   We went from 5 of us to around 20.  We have outgrown our location and have purchase a new plot of land for our new field.  But I can't imagine someone that has never organized a club - nor in some cases been involved with a schtuzhund club - just saying one day they will put one together.
