So far, the 2011 Sieger Show will be in Braunschweig. As soon as I receive any further news I will post it.

In August I reserved 24 rooms at a lovely Hotel in a quaint historical village at the side of a lake at the edge of the nature area just 11miles outside Braunschweg. Perfect for the dogs and somewhere lovely to walk and eat on an evening. Euros 89 per double room per night Breakfast included and so far it has not cost a penny (forgive the pun Mo) !! :-))

Many Hotels offer a "non cancellation price" - which you pay for up-front. It means what it says.
I know people who lost a lot of money when the date for the Sieger Show at Aachen was changed (put back 1 week)

Are you "renting" these rooms, or have you got them all spoken for if not perhaps we could purloin a couple of them, or if they still have vacanies , perhaps you would pm me with the details it sounds lovely, Mo.

Hi Mo,
No not all spoken for, I booked 20 doubles and 4 singles and believe 10 doubles and 2 singles booked so far. So I can definately reserve two doubles for you if you want them. That is of course providing the venue remains in Braunschweg, which looks unlikely, however I have not cancelled the reservations yet and wont be doing so until the SV get the venue situation sorted for definate.

I have rooms reserved at a nice hotel about 12 miles from venue, less than 50 euro's a night if anyone is interested, I did a block booking too.
