Speiglehof agreed under contract to leave Von Jordan Haus on the original registration..she immediately registered online and and changed the name.
The litter registration was sent with this name filled in on the form.
She has also put in HD ED information that is false or there is no record for as well as championship titles.
It is wrong and unethical to attach your name to a dog that was not whelped in your kennel, it is also wrong and unethical to put the name chosen
for the dog on a puppy from your breeding that is far inferior! Whether my kennel name is registered with AKC or not NO ONE has permission
to put my name on their dogs. What you have done is just wrong!!! You are misrepresenting dogs and their offspring, this is unfortunate for puppy
buyers that will not know to research.
 

You were not the first person to register him so you had no say in his name since your so called kennel is not a registered one. Plus the name you are claiming is already taken. How dumb can anyone be!?!

This was the original name of this dog I imported his mother pregnant from Germany he was whelped in my kennel and given this name.
