Purely as a breeder I like it from the inbreeding standpoint.  Both the paternal and maternal side of the proposed mating pedigree has very little to no inbreeding ( one 3-3 ) in the sire/dam or grand sire/grand dam generations.  There are lots of examples in which dogs are inbred on already inbred parents and grand parents but this mating does not go there and that is a very good thing.

Question If its good or not depends on what are you trying to get to with this breeding?

There are lot's of  well known VA male dogs on both sides of pedigree but that is just one side of the story. Although most people seek for the great father/male, I tend to look more on the mother side. i.e.. mother lines....so, IMHO I do like this breeding pair for a show type dog although the mother lines are nothing to rave about.
