I've also had nothing but good experiences ordering from Hallmark as well as Elite K9 and Ray Allen.

aakay, I paid by paypal. It comes from my bank account though.  So call my bank and see if it has been put in?

I mostly order for Elite K9.. I will also sometime order from HallMark K9 and Rayallen. I have had nothing but great service from these companies.

I recently ordered a sleeve from them and it did take several weeks to get here.  It did ship from Israel, which was not mentioned on the website.  I am happy with the sleeve, I was able to get them to respond to e-mails while waiting for the order to be shipped.  So, the question is are you willing to wait 3 - 4 weeks for your item.  In the future i will order from someone in the USA. 

RaleighNC, if you haven't read any of my other comments, I mentioned that I got a refund.  I read too many negative reviews, not to mention paying extra for 3-5 day shipping (and after the order an email was sent saying it would send out within 24 hours after my order has been placed....) ....and come to find out it hasn't even been thought of for shipping out and it's been what, 5 or 6 days now? I sent a number of emails and low and behold got my refund.  They said it takes a few days to show up in my account (bank since my paypal is linked to it when I pay things.) so I'll be glad when it's in and settled and I'll stick with what others on here have suggested....and ones in the USA as well.

Ive used them several times without any problems. Yes, the items take a bit longer to arrive given the shipping from Israel however the quality has always been excellent. 

I'm a Ray Allen girl, through and through. I have NEVER been disappointed with Ray Allen stuff. Ordered a few times from Leerburg, what a joke. The products aren't worth the cardboard to ship them. Just my opinion though.

Avorow, Sorry you had a bad experience with Jim and Hallmark.  I've got nothing but good things to say about them.  Quick shipping, often able to get things not on the site if you call, and always courteous.  Some will argue but for me you can't get a better ball for training than the Gappay ones they sell.  Prices are good too.  I've tried Elite and others and always find myself back at Hallmark.  Sometimes I even find a free 3 pack of Gappay articles with my order. 

Jim Hill is also in the sport.  I heard he is currently showing at GSD Nationals.
