Just wondering if anyone had opinions on working lines that improve bones substance size and hip quality. I have a male that i would like to breed one day due to the overwhelming advice of people who have seen him work and these are the areas i would like to improve. His name is Talon vom younghaus if that helps you determine the lines that would compliment his.

Your dog is line bred on Fero through Timmy a hip improver. This combo is proven.I would stick with the same as it works but go to bitch bred on Nick vom Heiligenbösch.

This is an excellent working pedigree but  you have there too many Noch zugelassen and fast normal and fair in there as far as hips goes. I do not know these particular dogs in detail since I'm more Czech lines kind of a guy. But general advice would be that you want to breed only to good hips in last 3 -4 generations in the dogs on the pedigree and 90% of their litter mates....That may be tough to find out. Thus you may want to study ZW numbers instead. Lower the better. Google :The SV Zuchtwert programme. I venture to say that this pedigree is done with performance in mind with mild disregard of HD. Keep that in mind.  Someone may be more specifis with recommendation in order to stay in line.

Zena Rush Lobach Sevens  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/602437.html

She is in hawaii and the breeding would be later on nothing any time soon but i spoke to the owner and she was very willing and polite.
