Sure, Jim, but they don't really seem short on daft ideas in the first place, do they, if this IS what's happening ? 

What is the alternative to publicity, we all sit in little boxes in the dark and don't  warn each other, except the few people we can actually meet or 'phone ?   Next time I watch some silly person 'walking' their dog with both eyes firmly glued to their i-phone and not taking any notice what the dog might be picking up and eating, I'll remember the advice not to spread rumours.

well thats just it rumours, nothing said about the heading has been proved,  and if this is posted on facebook etc it means people all over the world are reading it not just in your area so it gives the idiots all over the world daft idea's nothing to stop you e-mailing all your friends and get them to e-mail there's at least the idiots dont see it.

Been on FB a few weeks now, People are not panicking but they are taking precautions, living in the surrounding area and visiting Heathlake and such , the police have put up notices warning people to becareful .
Read in one of the local mags that Police were looking for a lady that went to a local garden center and bought loads of rat poison, manager was allerted and he called the police, not heard nothing since

Jamesie  Sadly, neither my e-mails, nor playing it down, will reach the kind of dog walkers I described above.
And there are still two dead dogs in the locality.
