Bosco is almost three now. He had several patrol suspect apprehensions in his first year including three with bites. He is a solid tracker and is good with narcotics detection. His strong suit is building searches. He loves to swim and is good with children.

Bosco was bred in Wapokoneta, Ohio by Al Gill at Von Der Haus Kennels. He is a state certified police dual purpose canine (patrol and narcotics). He works nightshift for the Cambridge Police Department in Ohio. He is also assigned to the Southeastern Allied Response Team (SEAR SWAT)where he conducts room clearing and building searches. His weight ranges from 80 to 86 lbs. He is very muscular.

He is an great tracker, is excellent in protection work, and has extreme ball drive. I have had this dog since he was 9 weeks old. He has a great personality and wants to play 24/7. He never gets tired and never quits. He is very protective of me and our police cruiser. Bosco had two apprehensions with bites within his first two months on patrol. He has also recovered crack, marijuana and other drugs.

Bosco is great family dog also. He loves to swim and go airborne into our pond. I have two young children and an older female shepher and he is fine with all of them.
