We own a female offspring of Tiger's (Tascha V Rosshaus), she is 6 years old now and so far, in perfect health. She is also highly intelligent, beautiful, and has the best temperament you could ask for in any dog (not to mention a nose that can smell a tennis ball a mile away)! Our first German Shepherd was a daughter of Ike, that Jerry mentions below, and she had the same intelligence, temperament, beauty (and nose), which is why years later we went back to find the same lines as she had. Close line breeding doesn't always work, but in certain rare cases it does. If the rest of Tiger's offspring have been anything like ours, I think Jerry knew what he was doing!

The is no reason to linebreed on a dog 1-2 in any situation let alone a dog with a fair hip score. You call yourself a master K9 handler well you need to learn how to BREED! this dog could suffer from many health problems if he doesnt already.

It is easy to crawl out of the mud and sling a handful when you have the opportunity to do so without the other person being able to defend their position.

I would first ask Mr. Johnson what exactly he knows about genetics of the dog and what exactly his accomplishments in the world of dogs really is. Is he a buyer or a breeder or a blowhard?

The fact of this matter is: Tiger v RossHaus is an incredible specimen of working shepherds. This is based on my 40 years of involvement in the training of Police and Schutzhund dogs. In my time, I have ran Police K9 Units, worked dogs on the street, trained bomb detector and drug dogs, and trained through the State department of Police Training. I have in excess of a working PHD in Behavioral Sciences. My breeding program is modeled from Clarence Pfaffenberger's which came from the knowlege of Scott and Fuller at Bar Harbor Maine Experiments.

Tiger's sister Tigress v RossHaus was recently sold to a Veterinarian in Tennessee. Tigress was OFA'd Good with Normal Elbows. After her sale, she was again xrayed and submitted to Penn HIp Examination. Tigress scored 19 on both the left and right hip. As you would immediately recognize, this is probably one of the highest German Shepherd Scores ever attained by Penn Hip. The Score of 27 is considered 100 percent for a shepherd.

It is easy to blow off and run back to the weeds where you hide; it is quite another thing to produce such dogs, irrespective of the closeness of the breeding.

LOL, only in America.... Inbred 1-2 on a dog with OFA Fair hips, but he is great for hip production and good health..

Gotta love it..

Tiger is a very hard male. He is an absolute athlete, his muscularity and endurance are remarkable. He produces solid hips and elbows and iron toplines in his progeny. He is very clear in his head and extreme drives when stimulated. He produces dogs that are excellent in Odor Systems Detection, Manwork and Tracking. He is totally Police Trained. He is OFA Good hips and OFA Normal Elbows and in perfect health and produces the same in his offspring. He is good for improving hips, elbows, toplines, temperament and health in any line. His grandfather, Ike vom Haus Ledda was a working Police K9 Superdog, like his father Ingo v Windachquell Sch3 IPO3 FH, International Sch Competitor. Very hard and tough bunch.

This is a dog pedigree, used by breeders and breed enthusiasts to see the ancestry and line-breeding of that individual dog. The pedigree page also contains links to the dogs siblings and progeny (if any exist). For dog owners with purebred dogs this is an excellent resource to study their dog's lineage.
