Campino has been bred numerous times since he turned two years of age in mid April. Vom Braunhaus has a litter out of Campino and Xindi del Seprio,a V rated Sch.2 Xadro Bad-Boll daughter. His address is www.vombraunhaus.com.

Kendz,

There are more pictures (not professional ones) at http://community.freechal.com/ComService/Activity/Album/CsPhotoView.asp?GrpId=2326436&ObjSeq=5&SeqNo=230&PageNo=2

The site is Korean I think.
Nero is a great favourite of mine too, he has produced some excellent animals as time will no doubt show. I am lucky enough to have a beautiful daughter of his in Demi vom Amulree,(on this site)who has a character and attitude like nothing I have met in 17 years of shepherds, She is a delight. Her breeder has retained her sister 'Darcy' truly one to watch for.

Regardless of the ins and outs of the Nero story - IMO a great loss to the breed. I hope his progeny carry on his fabulous type.

This is a very good male! I really like him alot. Nero is one of my favorites. Very unfortunate what happened. Congrats to the breeder and handler on Campino's latest results. Is anyone able to share any other photos of Campino besides the one on the database? Also, has the fact that Nero is the sire diminished his reproductive worth? Just an honest question, and not meant to stir anything up.

The picture in the SV magazine is his, and other dogs more natural color. His color is excellent. I was able to spend about 20 minutes with him in Karlsruhe.

Hello,

the pigmentation from Campino in nature are excellent. I have seen Campino a lot of times and i say Campino is the best Nero-Son with a great future.

In the next heat i will breed my female (Annerose vom Hühnegrab the mother from Brenda vom Weinbacher Land BSZS¿04 SG4 JHKL) with him.

Best regards

Campino competed in a show before the SV highlights were completed. Here's the result.

12.09.2004 Helmstedt OG JKR SG 1

He's at least a SchH1. Hips and Elbows are both normal so he's a breeder starting today his second birthday once he has his survey if he doesn't already have it.

Limp didn't seem to hurt his place, SG19 without being shown pre sieger show. Not many do that.

His stud book should fill soon. Watch the SV SID deck results to see what the breeders think of him.

What is Campinos SchH rate?
What about his mother? What is her SchH rate?

Does Campino have any showresults after siegershow 2004?

I noticed that his movement failed a bit at the siegershow 04.. It was almost as if his right fot was limping..

Does anybody have any answers to theese questions ? ?

yes this dog is a Xerox copy of his father, has a very strong pigment and markings!! very exprssive with a nice head and topline, Nero truly had a impressive progeny group at Ulm & is a dominant sire!

saw this dog at the young class males first & knew that he sure was gonna come up !
good luck boy~~

I believe there is a show etiquette in Germany. For a dog to receive a top 20 place, it needs to be campagined prior to the sieger show and shown twice before the sieger show judge. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.

The purpose is to promote participation and allow a cross section of judges to judge the dog.

This prevents someone with an excellent dog coming to one show and winning.

From what I can tell Campino was not campagined pre sieger show.

Again, someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.

This could possibly explain whay he was just inside the top 20. Bear in mind when you look at that particular class, Judge Meyer took the first 30 or so dogs at the end of the class and introduced them as the best young dogs of the highest quality in Germany today. The quality in the top group was unbelieveable for the most part. I think you could take the top 30 and put the group before 5 judges and get a different arrangement from each judge.

Yes, he looks like a dream dog to me.. I guess, I did not find him in the results at first because I did not expect such a gourgeous dog to be as far as SG19.. Does this dog have any faults? Why was he placed so relatively far behind? Again, it's extremely hard to judge by the photo, but on the photo he looks absolutely perfect to me.

Campino was there, SG19. He would not have been out of place in the top 5. This is a dog to watch develop in the next few years. He's already top quality. Simply beautiful. I was able to spend a little time with him at the show. He's nice!

Thank you, Karsten. Do you how old Campino is and if old enough why was not he shown at the BSZS this year? What were his successes at LG & OG shows?

Thanks..

What a beautiful young male! Anyone knows who owns him and if he is as beautiful in real life as on this picture?

This is a dog pedigree, used by breeders and breed enthusiasts to see the ancestry and line-breeding of that individual dog. The pedigree page also contains links to the dogs siblings and progeny (if any exist). For dog owners with purebred dogs this is an excellent resource to study their dog's lineage.
