I write this on October 20,2006. Today I just laid to rest an off spring of this sire. He was 3 years old and the light of my life. In memory of him and for the love of the breed, I must share the following. Although his temperment was wonderful and he brought me much joy, he brought me sorrow. He was unfortunate to have the following medical problems: hernia resulting in surgery, crypt resulting in neutering, spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease which led to herniated disk and paralysis. The death of him will leave a hole in my heart for ever as he has taken me through the worst time in my life and saved me from ending mine. In Memory of Gunner Von Oak Ranch Shepherds. I love you and will miss you.......
