This is a dog pedigree, used by breeders and breed enthusiasts to see the ancestry and line-breeding of that individual dog. The pedigree page also contains links to the dogs siblings and progeny (if any exist). For dog owners with purebred dogs this is an excellent resource to study their dog's lineage.

You signed my contract in which it states very clearly that the name is to retain my kennel name, among other requirements particularly if you are upgrading to full registration status. You waited until I lifted the limited registration status granting her full registration, after you did her hips and elbows, (showing that she was indeed named with my kennel name) and then changed the name to be named with YOUR kennel name.
This is against your contractual agreement you signed when you purchased my pup, and I took it up with AKC and sent proof of said contract, and they upheld my complaint against you for changing the name, and reinstated the name that was agreed upon which was Elise von Schraderhaus... NOT ANGELIKA von SCHUTZENGELPLATZ that you changed it to just prior to breeding her to your male Kai vom Parchimer Land. This name change was done the intent that pups from her, a dog of my breeding, would instead reflect that the pups were born from a dog that appeared to be of Your breeding.
This is the unethical deed, not my posting about it under the pdb listing for my dog Elise von Schraderhaus.
I have since learned that you have done this with other pups you have purchased from other breeders... so this is not the first time you have done this.

Elise has had two litters now, which she has whelped naturally, and often these inverted puppy vulvas correct themselves as they grow and mature. This is indeed the case with the female Elise that I sold you. |

The only way this Bitch can breed is ALI, or if she is muzzled and held for a forced breeding.
I felt a reputable breeder would replying to a buyers issue for a genetic defect when you paid good money for Unlimited registration and met all requirements.
After a week of no response from the kennel, I emailed her still with no reply. Then, yes, I changed the dogs name through AKC. Which upon AKC contacting me, I told them no problem then to change it back I wasn't fighting it.
This is now being prepared for court to force breeder to stand behind her contract as I do and a reputable breeder should.

Subject: RE: Incorrect information
According to the AKC this dogs name was changed from Elise Von Schraderhaus to Angelika Von Schutzengelplatz in September 2017. I will update the dog’s name in the OFA database.

https://www.akc.org/press-releases/akc-rule-change-allows-owners-to-rename-their-dogs/
The American Kennel Club® (AKC) is pleased to announce a registration rule change that now allows owners of AKC registered dogs to change the official name of their pet. Dogs are eligible if they were born in the U.S., have never been bred, or have not won any awards at an AKC event.
“We have a lot of interest from AKC registered dog owners looking to rename their dogs,” said David Roberts, AKC's Assistant Vice President of Registration. “In most cases, the dog is a beloved pet and the owner would like to pick a name that has special value to them. The new rule allows owners to change the name when transferring their AKC registered dog, or to request a name change at any time.”
Previously, a policy was in place that only allowed the owner to change a dog's name if the dog had been individually registered by its breeder and the request was accompanied by written permission from the breeder. The new regulation reads:
“The name of a dog registered with The American Kennel Club will be allowed to be changed provided the dog was whelped in the United States and in cases where the breeder(s) first individually registered the dog, their written consent would be required. A dog name containing a Registered Kennel Name cannot be changed without the written consent of the owner(s) of that Registered Kennel Name.
However, no change in the name will be recorded by The American Kennel Club after the dog has produced or sired an AKC registered litter or received an award at an AKC licensed or member event.
Any name change must comply with all AKC requirements.”
The service fee for a name change is $25. The Dog Name Change Authorization form is located online. The completed form can be faxed to the AKC at: 919-816-4261 or mailed to the address on the application.

that being:
CHANGING THE NAME OF THE DOG FROM THE REGISTERED KENNEL NAME of ELISE VON SCHRADERHAUS as per contract that the dog is to CONTAIN and REMAIN WITH MY KENNEL NAME... but this dog has now been named with HER KENNEL NAME.... Angelika von Schutzengelplatz.
An official complaint has been entered and filed by me with AKC.
I am working to get this dog's name back to the original name that she was given, ELISE VON SCHRADERHAUS, with AKC.
Reputable breeders don't do this kind of unethical back yard shenanigans... they give the breeder who bred/produced the dog their due credit for having produced said dog.
Buyers also have to remember that the pups that we place for sale are OUR pups until they are sold and become YOUR pups.
The terms of our pup sales, or ANY breeder's pup sales, are entirely up to the litter owner, since they own the dam and the litter, and determine what terms we as breeders are willing to sell our pups under. If buyers don't like the terms, they are free to look and buy elsewhere. But it is also very petty to bash breeders for those same terms as I have seen Tracie doing on her fb page about other breeders.
Part of a breeder's decision to withhold full registration, and for putting requirements on the dogs who we allow the option for upgrading to full registration, is for the purpose of preserving the quality of the breed, the pureness of certain lines that we want to carry forth, and to insure that future owners who want to breed have some clue as to the kind of dog they have, and of the future pups they hope to be producing, in order to sell to owners who can handle the pups that they will be getting, and not simply sell a "puppy" into just any type of home or to an inexperienced, unsuspecting new owner as to the type of pup they may get. As the litter owner of our pups, It's our prerogative to do this when we own the pups you are buying.
This is my dog I sold to Tracie Rohrbacher as a pup... "ELISE VON SCHRADERHAUS" She is now listed (by me) on the database as such.
However, her registered name has been changed at AKC , AGAINST the contract terms signed and agreed upon by Tracie Rohrbacher, who now has her listed on the database as Angelika von Schutzengelplatz.
