A large, medium strong, masculine male of very pleasing type. Masculine, well formed head with desired dark masking and well set ears. Very good length of neck. High withers, slight nick behind. Firm back. Slightly short, slightly steep croup. Good fore and very good hind angulation. Very good fore and underchest development. Very good length of foreleg. Slightly upright pasterns. Steps slightly wide at rear, not quite correct in front. Both hocks and elbows should be slightly firmer. During movement shows a very good balance, ground covering gait whilst maintaining a very good wither connection. He was calm confident, outgoing and gun sure at the survey.
