Shilo was one of my first Shepherds... and ecomplished in many areas.... He showed many times, going reserve to the Great Dog of the day Scofield's Rex Von Finn, Enjoyed Obedience, Was trained as a Personal Protection dog, Raced on my Dog Sled team winning a number of races in 2 dog race held by the Connectictut Siberian Husky Club. And regularily went to work with me acting as a therapy dog with Mentally Retarded wheelchair bound patients. It wasn't uncommon for him to go from one mode to the other with just a change of collar. Definately one of the Mentally SOUND dogs ever. He was a big square dog with a number of physial shortcomings, and was only bred a couple of times.
