Reading a breed survey - Page 1

I am interested to understand what all the numbers and letters stand for in a breed survey. If this is done by a breed judge are the standards etc. uniform globally. I am looking at a dog with these marks in her breed survey:

Breed survey: I. Körkl, 5JVQ1/P [breed survey info]
Class: very good
