Has anyone seen the new flopping/flipping fish toy? Well, it is new to me.

It is advertised for cats, though I know my little Fluffy dog would love one. It is a pretty big sized toy for a cat. Fluffy is not prone to tearing up most toys.

Has anyone bought one? How durable have you found it to be? I mean seriously, cats can really get into shredding on something they have to fight to hold onto it.

So I am thinking it could be a fun toy for a smaller dog. Supervised of course, as it does have parts inside, in case he would decide to rip it apart.

Not sure if I am allowed to post a link to it, but I am sure folks can find it if they do a web search.

Any thoughts or comments?

Link for a dog toy no problem

Thanks Wester Rider. *cough* It's a cat toy. *cough* I just think my little Fluffy dog would love one. I am trying to be cautious & find out if anyone has experience with how resilient the toy is.

This YT is the only one I could find with no sales link, so I am not creating any fish sales revenue to the YT site.

 I tried following embedding instructions.  I think it is going to be a practice makes perfect thing.  As my first try did not work. So slapped in an old hard way to do it link.

Anyway, what do ya'll think? Fun for a little dog the generally places nice with his toys?

Some of those cats were funny, love that toy. Maybe good for some small dogs not my Westie he would have "killed" that fish and shredded it in seconds.

My friend's cat loves it, but my cats hated it. My dog however thought it was the best toy ever but I didn't see her snatch it and hide it in her crate, so unfortunately the fish didn't last very long.

@Summertime: emoji 'laughing face' x6 !

I can see that happening in my house too, if I bought one of these fish.

Quick look for reviews and didn't find anything. Maybe send an email to the company and ask.

The toy would last long enough to get pounced on and simultaneously "killed" by the GSD. Then she'd look at me with those big, soft, brown eyes, sad that she'd broken/hurt/killed something (again), or with that satisfied gleam that she's killed an invader. Cat knows what live prey is, so if he got to it before the dog, after the initial sniff/touch he'd walk away and ignore it forever.
