It is with great sadness that I have to inform all of Roses friends that she passed away this evening. Rose had struggled since the death of her soul mate Harry a couple of years ago. Let's hope they are re-united and contented once more. I will inform everyone later about funeral arangements. God rest both their souls.Bill Owen

So sorry to hear the sad news of Rose. Rose was a True Lady. Hopefully she is now re-united with Harry. R.I.P Rose.

so sorry to hear of Rose's death, She and Harry enjoyed life to the full - particularily on the many trips to the German Sieger. They will hopefully be enjoying being back together now. Thank you Rose for so many good times.

What sad day it is when you hear of a death, especially when that person is dear to you, or you have known them for a long time. Rose fell into both categories with me. As i posted when Harry passed away, they were very kind to me when i first started showing dogs in the late seventies, and the reason i remember that so fondly, is that at that time they were at the very top of our game, but always managed a word of encouragment to me, because i was usually at the back of the class.

I sincerely hope and pray that she is reunited with Harry, and that they are both looking down on us fondly, as they most certainly did in life. May she rest in peace. I can only offer my condolences to you you who are reading this, because as far as i'm aware Rose had no family to speak of.

I am so sad to hear this news - and send my condolences to you Paul, and to Doreen and Tom. You were her backbone after losing Harry and that was a great credit to you all. How sad that another great GSD enthusiast and mentor to lots of people has left us.

Rose, may you be re-united with your beloved Harry and all of the fabulous dogs that you both had in your time here.
