Both have sufficient calcium to help with contractions, Calsorb is Calcium only and has a bitter taste that makes some dogs gag. Oral Cal Plus was created specifically for dogs during whelp, has a more palatable taste and has other beneficial ingredients. I have used both but have a preference for Oral Cal Plus

Have used both. Calsorb works almost immediately. It can cause them to vomit though. I have found following with a teaspoon of Nutri Cal helps.
