If there are public records and there is public information you can link to about an individual, fine. Facts are facts. Writing as you did, "I have been told..." is neither factual nor is it allowed.

In addition, TOS # 7 states that "Email excerpts of ANY type or length are not allowed on pedigreedatabase.com. There are no exceptions to this rule."

Doesn't matter who you're talking about. The TOS are still the same.

Uber, I remember this guy. He bought a bunch of dogs from Bill Fleischer too. I don't know if he's done anything wrong though... Just has a lot of dogs at his location.

This guy was an large accident waiting to happen. He was here more than a year ago begging to buy anything and everything. SO many fools here dealt with him too. Is one can make money dealing with the likes of him, all the better.

If the dogs he has are being "mistreated" or neglected, then contact the proper authorities. You post here long enough to know that no one here really gives a damn. People here believe anything. The more a name is mentioned, the better the person selling and breeding must be. There are so many breeders on this forum who do not do the breed justice it should make people puke....but it doesn't. If he offers them money for their dog, they will be lining up to sell....this forum filled with lovers of the breed? No, Virginia, there is no Santa Claus, or breed guardians either. Makes it even harder he lives in a state like Alabama that is so backward and animal welfare is hardly one of the top priorities of this state.
