Hi all,

This is strictly just a post to share a positive experience. Spitzenhund Kennels in Webb City , MO has an outstanding breeding and training program. We have two dogs from this kennels and both dogs are exactly what we wanted. Both are from their female Roxy. One's sire is Bomber and the other is Mailo. I can be 'high maintenace' but every person from their kennel is a professional in every way. If you are looking for a GSD and want a breeder that truly puts a great effort in breeding for health, temperment & workability first please give them a call. It is not about the money, it is about the dog at Spitzenhund. We are just so pleased we had to pay the respect this kennel is due and let other GSD lovers know to consider them when looking for thie next dog. Russ has a variety of puppies to choose from right now, various ages. He has a young adult sable male about Sch1 ready for sale. He handles the puppies often. You don't need to go overseas to find a good pup, they are here in the USA.

 To NA7 you mentioned that you own two dogs out of 2 diff males but out of the same female what are the differances in Temp.. that you see from each of your dogs ? Do you like one over the other ?

Bundishep, it is a little hard to know the differences just yet. The male is 1 yr. The female is 3 1/2 months. The male has extreme focus. Nothing can deter him. We have had several offers to buy him, one as late as today. His grip, drive are also extreme. He is an excellent dog. No fear but not aggressive to handler. The female is also extremely driven. Her focus is not as intense as the males at his age yet she may have slightly more determination. She is more dominant than he was at that age. She has the same grip but you can get her to let go. She is also fearless. More territorial and also no fear. Definitely more rebellious, LOL. Male is more object possessive but female loves to fight!

FritzX Vom spitzenhund is the male. Female is not registered yet. You can go to their website to see her parents. They are Mailo and same mother as fritz - Roxy.

I know this is an old post but I also would like to mention my excellent experience with SPitzenhund kennels and its owners Parrish and Patricia Evans. They went above and beyond for me as well and gave me Exactly what I was looking for. I have a Puppy out of Johnny and Chelsey.

She is an amazing puppy with A LOT of promise. Excellent drives in all phases already and very tough dominant little female. Im very pleased with my experience through this kennel and would recommend them to anyone.
