That pup is a black & tan.  A Bi-Color is all black with brown feet. This girl is a Bi-Color.

Thank you. I was thinking melanastic black and Tan, but just wasn't 100 % certain because she has been referred to as a bicolor.

The tan on the ears is, to me, a pretty good indicator of black and tan. While some bicolors do indeed have cheek marks, they will have black ears and a black belly.
.... of course everyone has opinions:).

So far her belly is black, but yes, the ear feathers (she is a coatie) are tan.

Does she have tar heels and pencil markings on toes?

If not, answer is no on bi-color. If yes, some people might try and call her a melanistic bi. However, I am not 100% convinced on them actually being bi-color. That is open for debate among a lot of people.

Also, keep in mind that even if she does have black on her heels and light toe markings, they can disappear after her adult coat comes in.
