 Hi Everyone,

I am trying to look for tracking and endurance titles on pedigrees.

Here are the tracking specific titles that I know of:

Please correct me if you find an error. Also, let me know if there are any additional letter designations and the country they represent.

F, FH, FH1, FH2, FH3 - Think it means Fahrtenhund. Germany?

Fpr, Fpr2, Fpr3 - Where???

SP - ???

PFP1, PFP2 -
Police Tracking Dog

ZFH -
Customs Tracking

The only endurance designation that I know of is AD. Are they any others? If so from which country(s)?

Thanks  bunch,

C

There is the SpH...but that is KNPV
The SpH Examination is intended as a certifier for dogs used for police tracking work.

Hallo,

There are FH1, FH2, no FH3 since is such a pain, nobody does it. They do IPO FH instead. Two FH2 tracks done in two days,

Fpr is the same ar Tr. one is for IPO the other one is for Schutz
ZPO is a specialty protection title.
ZPS1 and ZPS2 are tracking titles and they are the same as SPS1 and SPS2

I am not familiar with the rest.
There are also AKC titles but I I have never done one so I dont know.

Thanks K9sRule and GSDPACK,

Rule,
Are there levels of SpH? Where/what is KNPV? Belgium?

Pack,
What country do the ZPS and SPS titles represent? So, IPO FH would be considered an advanced title (equal to FH2)?

ZPS/SPS are Czech and Slovak titles for the same discipline.
IPO FH is equivalent to two FH2 tracks in two consecutive days! So it is more advanced from FH2.

KNPV stands for the Koninklijke Nederlandse Politiehond Vereniging which translated means Royal Dutch Police Dog Association. There are two different types of certificates in the SpH examination depending on the dog's scores. This website has some brief info on KNPV.
