I purchased a pregnant female (RENA TOPOLOVNICKA) from this kennel in March 2013 for $4,000.00 ($3000 euros). Momo was to ship the female. Day before she was to ship... he said she aborted. I was upset, but still had faith in the breeder.
Momo offered me another female (supposedly of better breeding). He was to ship this female out as soon as she was confirmed pregnant, along with her export papers. After 3 months, and EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE and hundreds of emails ... He FINALLY sent me another "bred" female. I finally received the dog... in very poor condition. Not what I was expecting... a completely untrained dog in poor physical and mental condition. She only weighed 56lbs at 50 days pregnant. HE DID NOT SEND ANY EXPORT PAPERS.
I have been emailing him for the last 4 weeks. He SWORE that he sent the papers on 5/22/13 via DHL and that they would arrive within 3 days.... STILL NOTHING.
This guy is supposedly an FCI JUDGE...

Looking at your side of the story, this looks to be a "bite and switch" tactics.
There is unethical breeders everywhere. Although you might be limited by the circumstances, always do your research.
There are honest GSD breeders in South East and East Europe who do not deserve to be put under the same umbrella as the unethical ones.
It is not up for me to judge the asking price of a dog, but I know that average monthly salary (provided you can find a job) in Serbia is 350 to 400 Euros. (450-550 $US).
Again, with this statement I'm not trying to undermine anybody or any dog, but you have to know that he could not sell that dog for $4000 US to anybody who lives in 1000 miles proximity to him. FOLLOWING IS MY ASSUMPTION: Neither female is titled (except maybe CACIB titles). Has FCI paper only (that is questionable too). No SV stamps for hips or elbows. Puppies with SV papers go for 200-400 Euros.
Based on these assumptions, the realistic asking price for these females would be in range of 700 to 900 euros (800 -1100 $US) per female.
On the other hand to be a devils advocate, it is hard to estimate a price of a dog without seeing it in person.
Please also note that FCI papers are not same as SV papers....most breeders in Eastern and South Eastern Europe are selling their dogs with only FCI papers. For us in Canada FCI papers do not mean a lot, as CKC is not an FCI member. I'm not sure for USA, and what is the relation between AKC and FCI (do they accept each other?).
Good luck getting the FCI papers for your dog. Also good luck to you and your dog.

Hello everybody this in rersponse to the breeder Moma .I have been ripped of also by him I purchase a yasco forgive the spelling from him .He kept changing the shipping date he claimed he had breed her as he said he would no pups .I breed her several times with proven studs no pups .She showed signs of being pregnant one time and then only had black discharges .I has her checked by a very good vet that was a breeder himself she first had a positive brustollosis test the secong test was negative. He kept saying nothing was wrong with her and blamed it on me are my males .So I waited a while and sent him a email saying that she was pregnant .The first thing he reponded with was to have her checked for a bacterial infection so it would not kill the pups.That I did to test his response it indicated to me he knew something was wrong with her 5.000 that his reaping .thats my loss .Ihave nice dogs now the hell with moma If I ever am lucky enough to meet him he s got a 5000 ass smoking slow singing and flower bringing

He is a big time ripper, he sold dog to me also which was supposed to be shipped within a week after payment but as soon as he recieved the money he kept on delaying the dog was delayed for 2 months everytime he used to give excuses finally when the dog arrived it was all a different dog not the one he showed me that too in a very bad condition it seems like the poor dog has suffered a lot..he is very badly trained and scared dog.. momcilo he ripped me off.. i asked him and he said thats because he is out of coat and its the same dog.. i mean m not a kid i can see that the poor dog is not the same he was supposed to be.. finally momcilo accepted the fact and said that he is not a top dog if u want a top dog u have to pay 5000 for tp dogs.. i mean what the hell after ripping me off he is telling me that i havent sent u the top dog then why he strucked a deal with me?
even though the dog he sent is still pending his paper work.. i didnt even recieved his DNA which moma was supposed to send me i cant even register this poor dog in the club because the paper work is necessary.. and now its almost a month that he has stopped answering me.. moma i challenge you openly to come infront i have all the proof saved kindly stop ripping off the buyers.. its a request.. we all have hard earned money not a garbage
