So, a breeder I was going to buy from (but didn't) told me I my new puppy wasn't worth more than $300.  Is there truth in that, or is that a bunch of sour grapes?  I realize these aren't the best pics, but its all I have
at the moment.  The pics on the bottom are her parents.   Here is her pedigree.  He also said the papers were probably fake, but they are straight from the AKC.  How easy would it be to do that?  Any replies will be appreciated.  In the end, I think she's adorable.

She looks like a very nice pup to me.

If you like her nothing wrong with that and every puppy in a litter is an individual not yet fully formed.  Puppies are not born as miniature adults that just get larger with age.  Your puppy will be what you make of her and if you love her and feed her the best food that you can give her along with appropriate training that allows her to be happy in her life with you she will try as hard as she can to please you.

Ignore people who are so ugly as to knock your pup, they're not not paying the feed bill, so who cares what they think.

If you enjoy this puppy then that's all it counts. Who cares what this breeder thinks?

I would ignore them. I personally know the sire's side of the pedigree and the sire's breeder and the grandsire (Uran) and grand-dam (Sami) are both wonderful dogs. If you love your pup, then don't let anyone else tell you her worth. She is probably priceless to you.

What YOU think of the puppy is all that matters. This breeder didn't get the money, so slams the person who did. Forget him and the horse he rode in on. Yes, very sour grapes. Enjoy your puppy, the only unconditional love and loyalty for life you can buy.

Your puppy appears happy and healthy as do the parents. I agree with BooBoo, " Your puppy will be what you make of her". A litter could always be registered to different parents but I see no motive for it here.

wildwolf, if you ask 10 people what they want or like in a GSD, you will get 10 different answers, what matters most between you and your pup is that you are happy with each other. I doubt your puppy will ever care what anyone else thinks of you and that's a pretty good attitude to have.

BFF (best friend forever) is a term that gets tossed around everywhere, but a dog really is a BFF.

Enjoy your new friend, and if possible, try not to be sensitive to other opinions.
