Anyone know where i can order a kennel expansion kit for an XL kennel dimensions are 40x20x30

Are you wanting to make the crate taller? Depends on how much taller you want to make it, but for two inches taller; cut a 2x4 board the length of the crate. Drill holes for the bolts, and put the board between the bottom and lid. Cut another board for the gate. Put the board under the gate to compensate for the extra hight.
If you need four inches higher, use a 4 x 4.
