Love this guy - he is such a looker! And such a happy looking boy too!!!

by hexe on 08 April 2013 - 23:04

Oh, how embarrassed you must be to be seen walking with that at the other end of your leash!!!  The shame of it!

Nah, just can't with a straight face.  He's QUITE the handsome youngster, Keith. The real question is more likely whether YOU are worthy of being at the other end of HIS leash  Wink Smile...he's maturing into a dog with much substance.

"The real question is more likely whether YOU are worthy of being at the other end of HIS leash  Wink Smile"

I ask myself that same question all of the time.

by hexe on 09 April 2013 - 00:04

Keith, if only more people asked themselves that question....it makes us better humans when we do.

He looks good Keith, and has a really nice pedigree. His mother is out
of a really nice bitch. No real weak spots in his breeding for sure.
And, it seems like Boy could be bred to a vari-kennel and still stamp his progeny Thumbs Up

Now, not to turn this into a SL vs WL bash fest, I would like to ask,
for comparison purposes Keith, since you have been a SL guy up until
crossing over to the "dark side", how much of a difference, if any,do you
find in what different lines bring to the table for training?
What likes/dislikes do you have between the two types? Do you find
a difference at all? I'm interested in if you find it easier to train, harder to
live with etc. I've seen some SL with really strong tracking work etc, so
am always curious to see what those who have made the leap think of it
all once they start to work the other type.

Perhaps this should be it's own thread, and again, not intended to be a SL vs WL etc.
Just would like to see what differences are noted by those who have gone
from one type to another.
