Oh boy, I bought a breeding/family dog. Now she's saying she should have been
spayed and given free of charge ?? Is she in her right mind ? I had someone
name Nichole Garcia (not sure if that's her real name) email me the other day about
Christie. Anyone want to see the email ? I thought this was over now. How bizare
is her statements on ripoffreport. Just type in Adelhaus at the top of the page.

I am done. I just thought someone might be interested in reading
her bazare statements. Why would she sell me a dog she said was
breeding quality, and then turn around and say she should be spayed
and given away free ?
I got all my paperwork done, myself. She didn't help me do anything !
I paid all the fees and am fine with that. My dog and her litter have the
papers. But she will not have puppy papers to give to her puppy buyers.
Because she chose not to register the dog and I did. I came on here to
show she's a liar and how I was treated and I made my point. So it's
over.

You really are not good at things like this are you? Since you trashed her on rip-off report she is going to make good and sure and put a dent or two on the dogs name to discredit her breeding quality.
Maybe you should delete that rip-off report. Just saying. :)

Yes, enough is enough... Donna will be summoned to the Colorado court system within the next week. Everything has been filed by my attorney to the courts. It will end because this is so crazy, it is amost creepy. Since she will not end everything amicably, I am going to end it once and for all so that these boards are not plagued by such a person as Donna Lampson. I have so many better things to do in my life and with my dogs than to keep on with this situation. Sorry folks, it will end soon!!

Cesna, that's all well and good, but while you can certainly summon her to the Colorado courts, you can't actually compel her to appear there...and I doubt the Colorado State Police are going to keep an eye out for her so she can be arrested if she sets foot in the state. I think you have to be pretty high up on the food chain to be able to have someone forcibly extradited from one state to another over a contracts case.
I am, however, yet again amazed at how the woman has gotten to be her age--she's mentioned it before, so I'm not telling any tales out of school--in the Midwest, no less, and STILL not grasped the 'catch more flies with honey' concept even just a little.
