Sorry, the hip xray is not diagnostic quality, it is overexposed and way too light. I see what looks like some remodeling at the rims of the sockets that concern me. I can't read elbow xrays, but their quality is much better than the hip xray.Are you sending them to OFA or the SV?

They have already been sent off for evaluation here in OZ. They were taken by one of the best vets and are digital film but I guess all I can do now is to wait for the results.

HMMMM. is it the same vet that took the xray who says that it is good. I ask because although Im no expert its pretty obvious that it is really tough to see anything that may be going on in the hip area. Sometimes people are to lazy to redo and correct what should have been done right the first time. Or maybe there is something wrong with the xray machine..lol. Good luck with it though. Worst case scenerio you just have to go to another vet perhaps..
