Although it may seem like piddly stuff to many on this board, it is Nero's and my first official title (if you don't count the BH) We came
in first place in Novice A with 194.5 pts and our final leg for his CD title.... and I've been sporting the flu. My great boy compensated
for my sick, thank goodness... SUCH a wonderful boy! We will be constructing jumps in the near future for the CDX and we already
have the dumbbell on the flat down pat. Now to take my sick butt to bed.

A VERY big congratuations!!  I have put just 1 BH on a dog,  but have put  several CD's on different dogs; IMO the CD is much harder than the BH. Great job!! :) I also think the UKC obedience is even harder than the AKC, both are very fun though.

Congratulations!  Now get some rest!  You've got a CDX to capture!

That's a darn good score. I'm happy with a 170 and the green ribbon. My doggie and I are working on a CDX too. Have you tried rally yet?

Good luck!!!

Hi Melissa,
First of all , I must congratulate you on your journey to achieve the fantastic score.
It's not easy and I know because you really have to put in time and effort,
for some of my students have been down that road.

I'm sure with your super dog, you make a fantastic team.
Enjoy you training and you'll be finishing your CDX very soon.

Once again Congratulayions.

Thank you all :) He is a wonderful boy, and where I could see some very ring smart dogs he loves to work for
me. I have not "brushed up" any obedience or seriously worked him in 6 months other than getting the dumbbell
retrieve on the flat completed. I am seriously surprised we did as well as we did, and honestly I was just hoping
for the little green ribbon too LOL.

I'm on day 9 of the flu from hell and SO wishing for the end. I started constructing platforms for my kennels and
they are still sitting there half completed :( I just don't have the energy to do ANYTHING right now.

I was going to try and have jumps completed this week to enter the Concord Ob trials to try for CDX legs, but I
don't think I'm going to push myself and just try and get over this ICK.

Melissa
