notice the age of the dogs being bred. How does he know what they are going to produce without testing his own dogs first. LOL

What exactly are 'racoon' eyes, on his 17-month old dog ?

I saw this ad some time ago and thought.....really..... the male isnt even 2 with certifiable hips/elbow. And yes supakmario people do buy this....an unexperienced one.
The first thing I ask is, do you work your own dogs? Ive gotten some flack from it, telling me that dogs are sold to LE and or sport people. My comment back is .... "Until you work your own dogs, you are guessing on the outcome. Successful sales is not an indicator of a good breeding imo.
Raccoon eyes are the light hair color around the eyes on a black sable. I would prefer not to have that it detracts from the overall appearance.
Many comments have been made about whether an east german dog has what it takes. I have a rescue right now that I'm pretty sure has some east german in her blood. She is a nice dog but lacks what I think makes a great dog. She does like to track and she is pretty but not what I would consider a dog to compete with.

Oh man, I loves me some raccoon eyes! Even though Mahler isn't a black sable, he does have some lightening around his eyes that I absolutely adore <3

Hahaha that's hilarious! Sad, but funny. I mean really? A 17-month-old, not titled dog is by far past the rest that have proven their worth! Those racoon eyes are super scary to attackers! Another person relying on their dogs' pedigrees to breed and make money, but won't try to prove they're worth anything. At least the female has some health testing, woohoo. What does it mean that the puppies will only be exercised through the US military super dog program?
