I've been trying to update my dogs pedigree pic and it just keeps coming up with the old one.

It takes time to change. It looks like it updated today according to what I see. Try ctrl+F5 on the pedigree page

Thanks for checking, nothing is showing on the changes history. I wasn't sure where on the pedigree page I needed to be but did ctrl F5 anyway and it just came up the same.

Margaret, CLEAR YOUR CACHE! That's where it's getting the old pic from.

Thanks for the suggestion Sunsilver, but no idea how to.

If using IE, select Tools from menu bar at the top of the page. Select 'delete browsing history' and check-mark boxes for 'preserve info from favourite website' and 'Temporary internet files'. The temporary files are the 'cache' I was referring to, and that's where your computer is getting the old photo from.

Or you could just bypass the cache. I am pretty sure the pic is already updated, check my above post.

Weird because the history shows that pic as being unloaded today. Can you upload the new pic into this thread and let me try updating it?
