Q- How it is possible to Verified the German Shepherd Chip number , Is there any database or kennel club who have record to get it verify.?
Q-2 Is there any record of all registerd kennel club of Serbia or list available at any website or kennel website where one can assure about kennel before buying any dog.

You need to know what agency issued the chip and check that.
Have no idea what Serbia uses for registering dogs. Nothing is fool proof.
Like I said in other topic, DNA is as close as you can get.
What's going on Ammad? Seems your really worried about buying a GSD.
