Does anyone know why there has been a change of judge at Crufts? Mr K Hoyland is now judging in place of Mr W Petrie.

Billy Petrie was unwell earlier in 2012, if I remember right.
So this may have something to do with him not doing
Crufts ? I dont KNOW - but since no one else responded
