If you don't have the money to do the humane thing for that poor dog
and end his suffering, please PM me, my wife & I will arrange to pre-pay
for the dogs humane euthanasia at the vet of your choice. 

This is beyond disgusting. Forget your fight for a couple seconds with
the breeder and do what is right for that animal. 

I have posted a 'Public Notice' on my website that may provide a little insight to mellmell's motives. Last week she had a post on her facebook page explaining that her vet told her, her dog has a back injury and may need surgery.
Unfortunately I didn't copy it, and now I can't find it.
Her new video is beyond words.

Regardless of facebook, facepalm or anything else, the dog doesn't need
to be held as hostage in this whole debacle. She can take you to court like 
Teufel Hunde did and get a judgement against you if she is in the right, or
you can come out the victor if she isn't, I really don't care one way or another,
the fact that the poor dog is suffering is inexcusable and unforgivable!
What still baffles me is the need for a prong collar on a dog that is in such
obvious pain? 

Mellmell, the offer is there, contact us via PM if you cannot afford to do what
is right for this dog. I don't care if you can, and you just don't want to spend 
the money, just PM us with contact details and the name and number of 
your preferred vet and we will take care of the euthanasia fee. There is NO
reason this poor dog needs to suffer the way he is!

This dog has been suffering, according to mellmell's own post on breeder to stay away from, since November 15 th. That's about six weeks, which is more than enough time to help him.

Joan, I truly feel for you. 

Melody, you are a disgusting, inhumane, cruel, lunatic. I don't know or care why you are so deranged. There I go again with my lack of sympathy. The fact is lots of people have problems. That doesn't excuse their actions when they harm another being. I hope you pay dearly in this or another life for what you are going to this dog. I wonder whether this dog ever had anything wrong with it in the first place. I shudder to think that you did it all to him to prove a point about Joan when you were called out on your b.s. and conflicting stories as RtmMcIntyre pointed out, but that's where your posts are leading. You're the kind of person I had in mind when I posted about sick people making things wrong with their pets and children to gain attention. I'm not a psychiatrist or a psychologist, but I'm quite sure one would have their work cut out for them with you. Why would you refuse all Joan's offers only to force this dog to suffer?   Anyone who allows this is not right in the head.

Someone needs to do a wellness check on this dog and they need to be forewarned that Melody is unstable.

What will it take to get the dog away from her??? I have some money for whatever it's best spent on.... 

Joan, Youhave this persons information, it is one of your pups, cant you call animal control and have a welfare check done on the dog? SOmething needs to be done for this creature.

I agree his misery needs to be addressed first and foremost, but if I were Joan, I'd be awfully interested in getting a vet to figure out what all was REALLY wrong (or not wrong) with him. It may be needed in the future, unfortunately. Give the lunatic whatever she wants and deal with that later is my advice. 

Get the dog, sedate him, examine and xray thoroughly, scans if need be. Get documentation. If she did something to him, she needs to be stopped. If she just allowed him to suffer, that's still neglect. If neglect led to greater problems...she still needs to face some kind of actions for the horrible suffering the dog endured in her hands.

The dog needs out of her home YESTERDAY. For all we know he was fine and she did something to him, something that can be fixed. As bad as he looks, maybe pts isn't the only option for him. I think he deserves a chance if we can get him out of there. If not, she needs to just put him down before something else "happens" to him. 

Shandra, Melody has moved twice, according to her, since she was here four years ago to pick up her puppy. At that time she was in N Charleston, SC. Then she was moving to Illinios, hence her dead line for an eight week old puppy to be produced. Now she is near Mehlville, Missouri, or St. Louis. I considered sending the YT video to AC in the county on Christmas eve, however, since I am her target, I figured it would not be affective. It needs to come from someone not directly involved.

The dog definitely needs to be removed from her, IMO.

Oh this is so upsetting. Joan, whatever is going on with this person getting this poor boy back trumps it all. Will she accept a full refund? Maybe offer a bit on top, the pdb will step up for the difference. Can you just go and get him? He needs help, we can all chip in for that too if it is a viable option, but if not at least he can be given a loving and merciful release from his pain by someone who cares for him.
