Bad breeders - Page 1

Does anyone know the best way to get info out about bad breeders???  I have a 4 y/o German Shepherd that I bought from Vom Ron German Shepherds in NC when he was 8 weeks old.

Prior to 2 y/o he was diagnosed with Elbow Dysplasia and under went a $5k surgery.  My purchase contract stated breeder would replace at no cost to buyer and buyer keeps the dog if spayed/neutered.   They initially said they would replace then said no, tried to make me pay $800 since they sell their puppies for more now and I have to make up the difference.  Said they would replace when I returned the dog I have now.  They blamed me, had 101 excuses why they won't replace, even had the nerve to say I abuse my dogs!!! SLANDER 100%!!!  I told them if the honestly felt I abused my dogs as a breeder that cares about their dogs they should have taken steps to turn me in and get their dog back that is "abused" of course they haven't because my dogs have NEVER been abused!!! Just more excuses!!

i have all their excuses in emails so I can  prove what I say!!!

recently I came home to find this dog unable to walk, I rushed him to the vet, spinal X-rays showed the spine of a 14 y/p old and he's FOUR!!  He has severe degenerative spine and disc abnormalities.  He has an appointment with a specialist next week and will know more then.   

This dog is a genetic mess!!!!!  They should have replaced him 2 years ago!!!  I have another GSD I got from a different breeder and she's 6 weeks younger and she ate the same 5 star food, did the exact same things he did, treated the same yet she's healthy as a horse so if I am the cause why doesn't she have similar health issues??

anyway I want to get the word out about this breeder as they do not stand behind the health of their dogs as they and their website state.  They are still breeding the sire & dam that produced him and take no responsibility at all!!!

In your other post you said 1000 dollars now you say 800 dollars.  why the difference?

I just watched the videos on your link Mellmell,
regardless of what your situation is with vom Ron,
do you not have a heart in your body? If that dog is in
such excrutiating pain and lives such a sad and painful
life, why don't you do what is the kindest for the dog for
christs sake?  Nevermind what you may or may not be 
'owed', think of the poor dog. What a horrific existence.
You should be ashamed of yourself for allowing him
to suffer like he obviously is. Disgusting.
And what the hell is the point to the prong collar that
seems to be on the dog non-stop?  

you say 5 days ago but the video says dec 8 2011 and multiple comments from 6 months ago

I'd have to look back at my emails bottom line is they wanted to charge ME to replace a dog my contract said they would replace at no cost to me (other than transportation if needed). What does $200 difference make?!?!?  Would you like to see the emails??  Send my your email address and I will be more tha happy to send them to you!!!  


Bottom line is they sell dogs with health guarantees and they DO NOT stand behind it or their dogs!!!  Look at the videos then question me about $200!!!! These people should not be allowed to own German Shepherds much less keep breeding and selling sick genetically defective dogs as pets much less advertise them as "working dogs" this dog cannot walk unassisted!!!!  


Try looking at the correct video!!!  The ED video was uploaded in 2011, the recent video where he cannot walk due to spinal defects in DECEMBER 2012!!!
 You obviously are either this breeder or someone they know or you wouldn't be posting these nit picking ridiculous comments.  If I could post a live feed of him trying to walk outside to potty and falling all over the place I would!!!!

If that was a dog you got from me, I might come looking for you.
Are you freakin kidding me that that is the best you can offer a dog in distress and pain is a public display of inflicting more pain on a dog so you can discredit a breeder!
I suppose you removed any cushioning in the crate to give the dog "added comfort" right.
Man, I'd almost give you your money back to get that dog a little compassion.

its my job to look for inconsistencies in a person's statements. Inconsistencies can  be seen as not telling the truth but they also can be due to memory lapses.  I point them out and the way a person responds also says something about them,  If I see them so does others.  How do you wish to be perceived?  victim or antagonist? I made no accusations against you, I don't know you. 

You are the epitome of inhumane! as recent as 5 days ago that poor animal is so in pain and cripple and you can stand there and video it? What a piece of noncaring shit you are! Fight your fight with the breeder but for gods sake either have surgery or euthanize that poor animal. Someone needs to report you to any humane organization because that is just torture, plain and simple.
