Per your own rules, I am allowed to post personal correspondence and names if it relates to a personal experience. see #6.

Why was the email deleted from my post about King Kennels?

You may not post email with or without addresses.

TOS #6 says  You May Not

by reinrider on 25 December 2012 - 01:12

it says you may not unless it is related to a personal experience or a business contract.

#6 post members’ private information including name, address, phone number, email address, emails, private messages or contact employers of members. Excludes personal experiences and business deals. In this case both parties may be named by either party.

It says you can NAME the party involved--which you've done, King Kennels of someplace in Florida.  If you want, you can also post the personal name  of the individual[s], since you've had a business dealing with them.  THAT'S what the section of TOS #6 that you highlighted reflects, not that you can post their emails, their home address, their home telephone numbers and so forth--just their actual, proper, government names.

What you CAN do, however, is cite  what's in the emails you received--you can specify when you received the email from them, and you can quote statements the other party made in an email to you, as well as quote statements or questions you made to the other party in an email to them; but under no circumstances, under no conditions, does this site permit anyone to post an actual email--a photo of it, a copy & paste of it, a .gif or any other display of it, regardless of whether you've redacted the personal info [name/address/phone #/email address/etc] out of it or not.

I'm not an Admin or Moderator...just a fellow forum member trying to help you understand the rules here, before you get yourself in hot water. If you want to argue with the Moderators or the Admin, do it privately--if you keep doing it on the forum itself, you'll find yourself with your posting privilages cut off.  The PM contact info can be found by clicking on the Terms of Service link at the bottom of the pages, and then scrolling down to the end, where the owner/Admin, the Lead Admin and all of the Moderators are listed individually, and clicking on their name takes you to your private messaging box, with their name already entered in the recipient info.  I'm not a Christmas kind of person, so tonight is just another week-night for me, while I'm sure the Admins and Moderators would rather enjoy their holiday evening/morning for the moment.

You've got a legitimate beef with the breeder in question, of that there's no question; and by posting the kennel name, and/or the breeder's name, on here, you can be sure that if someone does a websearch on them, your post will be one of the hits the search engine brings back to the person doing the searching...so your warning will be out there.
