I don't normally comment on these sorts of threads, but it doesn't quite seem fair that the buyer is going to be out a dog AND out his money. Even if he did threaten to sue you or was being a jerk, it just doesn't seem right on a moral or professional standpoint to keep both - but that is just my humble opinion. For the record, I have been on both ends and feel for both parties involved. 

Was the buyer informed that he was sterile before purchase? I understand that he was sold at a discount price but even at that I think that a seller should be upfront about a dog.

Birgit just send to me a new email to my account telling me that Because of this forum, she would not send to me my money or The dog. Its increíble she act like some kind of god, no one Could tell her anything that she dont want to hear. Is true that I tell her that I want to sue her, because I feel that Is very unfair this matter. I hope there is no more GSD entusiast that happens this to him Or her it makes you loss your faith about breeders. Birgit, be human And give to your customer a kind solution.  You could very easily just say that when you resell the dog you will refund part or all of his money. I don't think it's fair, or legal for that matter, to keep both his money and the dog, even if he supposedly threatened you with a law suit and defamation.

 Not true.  Nothing is true you say.  I don't like to be bullied and that is what you tried to do and it does not work well with me.  I refuse to be bullied.
It is the principal. I am not refusing anything but your first email after I said "STUD DOG?" clearly stated
"I will go on the database and slam your name and I will sue you, I am a lawyer and I have a lawyer friend, I will slam you!"
Those were your words!  I am a very reasonable person but when someone comes at me striking and threatening I take it very serious and you did excactly that....You involved a public forum and now I expect you to go through with your plan. Don't start nothing you can't finish.
I would have worked this out the right way...you chose to take this path and bully me so now go through with it....spend more money.  You need to sit down and think about your actions and to rapproach me the correct way and we may talk.  Like I said I am a very reasonable person but threaten me and I promise you that I can make things very hard.  Others may let people bully them because they are afraid of what others think....I wont. 
So it would be in your best interest to approach me in a nice way and things will work out.

If there is Someone who knows Birgit, And can speak in a calm Position with her, please help me, I dont want to fight, I dont want Anything bad for her, I just want to get back my savings, or a great Dog that can give to me And my family a lot of happines And some Nice puppies. Birgit, if you think that you are injured because of my faults, I Ask to you to accept my appologies. I think this is A misunderstanding, Im almost sure thet you are A nice, honest person.

Beth, I agree and I am not trying to keep his dog.  He is refusing him.  However, like I stated he needs to approach me in a nice way and things will work out. Threaten me and I will make things very hard.  It is not about the money it is the principal.
