HELLO, BIRGIT, IM VERY DESAPOINTED ABOUT YOU. I BUY FROM YOU A NICE DOG CALLED OREX, BUT LATER YOU TOLD ME THAT HE IS STERILE. YOU STILL HAVE HIM AT YOUR KENNEL. THE ONLY THING THAT IM ASKING TO YOU IS TO KEEP YOUR DOG, AND SEND TO ME MY 3,500 USD. IF YOU LOSE SOME MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS, LET ME KNOW, AND ILL BE HAPPY TO ACCEPT MY FAULTS. BUT PLEASE SEND TO ME SOME OF MY MONEY BACK. YOU HAVE A PHRASE AT YOUR WEB SITE "100% SATISFACTION GUARRANTY". IM NOT SATISFIED BECAUSE I THINK THAT ANY ONE WHO WANTS A NICE GERMAN SHEPHERD, WANT HIM FOR COMPETITION, AND THEN AS A STUD DOG. PLEASE DONT TRY TO GIVE AN EXPLANATION ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE, I ONLY WANT MY MONEY BECAUSE OREX WAS NOT GOOD FOR ME. THANKS J

Wow, if the dog you're referring to is Orex Arolser Holz, it would be very disappointing indeed if he is sterile, as he's one of the last of that kennel's breeding now that Herr Sitzmann has passed on, AND he's a damn good looking dog, too.

Yes thats the Dog, he is great. But have that little problem. Bhall didnt tell me that before, thats why Im asking her To keep her dog And send my money back. I think is the honorable way.

Let us get the record straight right away.  I covered 2 females when he arrived and both were empty. (He was never OFFICIALLY collected by a speacialist) I advertised him for a very low price (not as a stud dog) and was contacted by Juan.  He stated he wanted a sport and family dog.  NEVER asked for a stud dog.  We set up shipping but Orex could not be shipped because Juan still owed me money and I refuse to ship a dog if you owe me.  Then he stated that I should have shipped his stud dog and he would have send the money later..... Then he threatened me and I am sorry I don't take that lightly.  So, Juan do you really want to go there?

Buyers lie. Everyone SAYS they want a family dog, want to pay next to nothing, but they really want the next BSP champ for the same price, and you'd better watch out if their pet-price dog has a hair out of place. Stories like these make me want to chare like Harrison K9, LOL. At least if you have to deal with these idiotic hassles, you may as well make a few bucks, right? :-)

I certainly would have worked something out but when I found out that he was not looking for a family pet and competiton dog he got nasty and told me he was an attorney and he will sue me.  He got nasty immediately and I will not take that shit.

Birgit, that really sucks if Orex is shooting blanks...I was hoping a friend of mine was going to be using him several months from now. :(  I really like his structure, his lineage, and what I've seen of him in the work.

Don't blame you for not being willing to be bullied, or for not being willing to ship unless payment in full has been received, if that's what was agreed upon!

Birgit did not advertise Orex as a stud dog.
It is very sad that for whatever reason he did not turn out to be able to produce. No one is more sad about that than me. He tied with my very nice female, (I have pictures of the act). We were hoping for an awesome litter. She did not get pregnant. Who knows, her problem or his. It is what it is....life is like that sometimes.

One of the saddest days of my life was back in 2005, when it became apparent that my fabulous, stakes winning son of SECRETARIAT, (ROMANTICO) had aged out of fertility at 27 years of age and was no longer settling his mares. Well.... life is like that.

Orex is a beautiful dog, with a great temperament, who will be a fabulous family companion. If that is what the purchaser asked for in a dog, Orex will fill that bill. If he told Birgit that he was looking for a stud dog, then I do not believe that she would represent Orex as a viable stud dog.

I hope all will go well.

Ah, would that I were in a position to have another dog here...

I'm not talking about this particular experience or anyone in this thread but you have to rememeber if somone gives you money for something and that something does not happen for whatever reason -- it's not your money.

On the other hand representing yourself as a attorney and not being is a very, very big deal in the states. Don't know anyone in this thread but threats and whatever do not need to happen.. Just send a email -- pick a date and time and work it out over the phone.. JMHO..
