Anne, It sounds like you are dealing with a very fair and ethical breeder. It's so good to hear because most of the time here on the board we hear about the bad breeders.  I wish you and your new boy the very best. I'll keep my fingers crossed :)  Please keep us posted.

In order to feel the testicles sit the puppy upright on your knee, head up bottom resting on your lap and GENTLY feel with your 2nd & 3rd fingers.

Warning some pups do not like you feeling the testicles and will suck them up, so don't feel too often.

Do you really want to feel your dogs balls ? If they drop you will see them. No need for all that "feeling"

YOU ARE SO RIGHT STAR. ONE MISTAKE, AND BEFORE ANY TRIAL, EVERYONE IS READY TO LYNCH. THAT IS SO SAD TO.  IF PEOPLE WOULD SAY ALL THE GOOD THINGS ALSO, IT WOULD NOT BE SO BAD.AS TO THE THREAD, I HAVE PERSONELLY KNOWN OF PUPS DROPPING AT 5 MONTHS.

Great news! Thank you for the follow-up post.  Again, it is so nice to hear of a good, responsible and ethical breeder. I hope you enjoy many years with your wonderful Kai.
The best,
