Not FR3, but there is a malinois who is IPO3,MR3 and the highest level in the swedish bitework program.

No German Shepherd, but I titled my currently 5 1/2 year old, US bred Belgian Malinois to 3x SchH3, IPO3, 6x FR3, 2x MR3 so far.

He's definitely a fun dog to train and I truly appreciate all the great training support we have been fortunate to receive over the years:
