Can you take picture of your cell where you can prove it. I don't think so and I don't think you found the solution.
Birgit, I care about animals. That's why I would be happy to ship him and not take him for another journey and I tried my best to ship him. You did not want to pay the higher costs and said take the dog back or else I make you responsible for the shipping charges.

Petr, we are not getting anywhere. I would be more than happy to reimburse you for the crate because I am a reasonable person.
Again, once you make a quote you should honor it regardless of changes! It is your responsibilty to contact me!

You were contacted last night. If you deny this I will get the confirmation from the shipping office in Frankfurt. There were 3 other people there at that time. The person you spoke with was Vineet and he explained you everything.
I was sitting and trying to solve your problem from 12:00 till 17:30 there. You can ask.
We can't do anything about the fact that the airline (Conti) is not ready to ship the dog and when we finally found the solution and called you we booked the flight with Lufthansa based on the phone call. Vineet explained you that the costs are going to be higher. You said you are ready to travel to Atlanta because you need the dog.
The times when it was cheap to ship the dog are over. Also it will never be easy again to ship the dog out of Europe if you don't use the direct flight with either Lufthansa form FRA or KLM from AMS.
I was in Amstedam on Monday too. No possibility to ship to RDU or any other destination that is not shipped with KLM.
I had 7 dogs in total to be shipped out of Prague on Monday and Wednesday. All of them had to be shipped at a higher price from either Amsterdam or Frankfurt. I only came back with your dog.
I think I did a good job to rebook the dogs there were supposed to be shipped on Monday to be shipped on Tuesday and on Wednesday. Show me other person in Czech that would be able to do it at such flexibility.
Maybe Czech Duke. He is a super man. He can ship dog to RDU immediately for 950 EUR. Yes, maybe he can but he will drive to Franfurt all free of charge. In that case I want to use his service too. His prices are unbeatable.

and here we go again. Yes, I spoke to PetAir and said ship to Atlana.... I asked what the difference was and I heard you in the background saying I will figure it out. You never picked up the phone and called me!!! Then I found out thru the email that you only paid 755 Euro. So were you going to just keep the rest? I am sure you you charged all the others (6) for fuel. 150 Euro X 7 = 1050 Euro!!!! I understand fuel is high and I did not have a problem paying you the $250 that you quoted me. However, the price kept going up and up! Don't you get the point?

I did little research and I was quoted possibility by Gradlyn Kennels to ship to RDU with United.
I don't know if this will work but I contacted Brigitt Hall and informed her about the price and the possibility.
This is all I can do for this matter. I won't ship the dog. Brigitt has to find somebody else to ship it for her.
The price quoted by Pet Air is 990 EUR.
The price quoted by Gradlyn is 1050 EUR.

If you contact GK www.potshipping.com they will be able to help you. To be honest I have NEVER had ANY issues or problems with them. EVER!!!

GK has always been honest and once they give you a quote that is what you will get.
I just never really told my seller where to go. All I can say is that my PM box is full...people telling me they went thru the same issue. They were quoted a price and then the dog could not be shipped out of Frankfurt and the charges went up.
