There is a LOT of line breeding, not much variety of genes. Kinda tight for my taste. I have no idea about the dogs, sorry

But I have the same pajamas and I love them!

Some successful German kennels and individual dogs in this pedigree;  not dogs I know much about so won't comment on any particular virtues or problems from them.  Yes it does seem quite linebred, but fairly typical for a lot of German pedigrees I've seen.
She has a very pretty face.

Her prelims at 6 mos old look really really good! so thats a good start! I will do all of the DNA that are suggested..and I hope she gets through her titles well and eventually becomes a good mom.. but that is not her only purpose! thanks for the comments.. as I said I wasnt sure about how close her linebreeding were!

What I hear about Peik is he produces rather strong characters/temperament. Your girl has a very beautiful dark face.

I have a Peik daughter she's about 2 years now and she has what a GSD temperament should be, if you want to know what I mean by that go search the Messageboard what Gustav described some of the dog's temperament he knew in the past. She's calm, not dominant but not submissive either, not dog agressive but is fearless of any dog, very aware of her surroundings, watchful and alert, reacts immediately to strange sounds, deep bark, does not mind to be touched but does not ask for it, very beautiful structure, no roach back and no weak pasterns or hocks, her only not very good thing is the color, her brown color is rather yellowish/beige (light brown).

Well she is beautiful! I thank you for your message! I agree.. temperament is above all, very desireable.. and my girl is deep red and black and she is very social and a bit aloof, which I do like! I cant wait to start her on her show career and see where she goes.. her daddy Peik is a gorgeous dog for sure!! I have access to V-Diego Von Westbutte-Land semen and that might be something to think about in a few years.. but just getting her situated and have fun is my goal with her now..Bloodlines have changed a bit in the last 15 years since I last imported and had a kennel.. I had an own daughter of Mark Vom Haus Beck and she was wonderful and threw all ofa "good" and 2 "excellent" in her final litter! I have been reading up on DM and any recent health issues to be concerned about!! thanks again for all of the comments!!
