  Djuro’s Ivaskovic is the most active cheater/criminal by selling a dog at pedigreedatabase advertisement and never deliver  the dog/corrected dog, and you received nothing. And his behavior considered as  a CRIME. Djuro founded actively do his action, because he think that he just can run away, no one can stop him or no laws can put him down because of Distances.

 Mikanovic Radovan is the real name of raso who helped Djuro for the advertisement, and considered he knew what Djuro has done about Nives Semper Wictor and also again for the new advertisements of Top daughter of Fulz di Zenevredo and Top son of the Tyson Kottersbusch on 23^rd of October 2011 . I found the same email address  between 2 ads, and I found one evidence to prove that the Djuro Ivaskovic  and Mikanovic Radovan in Action again. This person assumed he know nothings, just helped djuro put on ads, but in fact he knows a lot of things and part of djuro's action.

Djuro’s cases, recently 3 cases founded, now still proceeding to Displinary Commission in Croatia, and will be conducted by Mr. Zdravko Klicek as the president of Croatian German Shepherd Breeder Association in Croatia, and will be examined by Mr. Miroslav Kusmic as the president of Disciplinary Commision.

I bought the Nives Semper Wictor from Djuro Ivaskovic , all transaction nearly 2 weeks checking pet passports, tatoo,  pedigree paper, pictures and videos, until i am sure that the dog is nives semper wictor, i got the contract and sent the full payment by WU.

the day of shipment by GKair at FrANKFURT, GERMANY.  We caught that Djuro delivered by himself no the corrected dog as on the contract. and tried to manipulated pet passports documents, and No Tatoo on the dog's ear checked by Drago Butina (the officer of GKair), all witnessed and knew also by  Mr. Faruk Berbovic as the general manager of GKair. all pictures and documents sent by GKair at the time of shipment, and immediately i give the instruction not to ship to GKair, because the dog delivered by Djuro not the corect dog.

Now my cases under Croatian Kennel german shepherd Association, All proof and evidences well recorded in my email, and All will be passed to disciplinary commision, and still waiting for the result.

All my friends here, do you think that we have to stop this kind of behaviour????? or just let him go ??? so that he can just run away ??? and make another action like what happen right here in pedigreedabase advertisement.

Or any one of you is A Lawyer can give me an advice for the case to stand up for the justices.

I'm glad for your topic my dear Sun Kin. Obviously I must to SUPPORT this one because I'm one of the people cheated for "Mr" Djuro Ivaskovic. Maybe I was the first one, and when I suspected many rare things I made and ad here in this webpage in order to say all of you be careful with cheaters like Djuro.
We are not dumb people for trust in people we don't know at all, normally we made all the asks before to make a money transfer. In my case I asked to another breeder to whom I bought dogs before and he said Djuro was a serious breeder. The other fact is Djuro doesn't put by himself ads here and he doesn't have any webpage neither. He use some friends of him to put ads  from his dogs; the first one was Miro who made the ad to sell Sokrat Semper Wictor. I know now that Miro was deceived for Djuro too. Djuro is a big lier and I hope his own club can punish him because he made too much damage not just to his "costumers" ...even to all honest breeders in Croatia. Bussines in internet are dangerous, but I think is a good way to meet good people as well. Like Miro said honest breeders are being harm and we all must to stop it. 
As I said a few months ago, we all can make the difference...... let's do it!!!

I understand your frustration but nobody here can comment on individual cases; nor should they if they are still pending!
Also, asking whether or not someone on this forum is a lawyer to help you with your case is firstly very naive on your part. If there is someone who can deal with such a case wrt Croatian law and they wish to ffer free advice I'm sure they would contact you. However, I find it doubtful that you will find someone and if you do, they would charge "normal" legal fees.

With regard to theft, conspiracy to defraud and other such offences I beleive in the vast majority of countries they are serious criminal offences. However, to try to dabble int eh legal world of another country is silly at best.

For any case at all, you will need proof that you have in fact sent money and for which dog. You will need (assuming you can get them) pictures of teh dog you had purchased. You will also need tattoo numbers etc and copies of all documentation - basically everything that you would have used at the airport to check that the dog you were picking up was in fact the one you have bought.
You will then have to show that you told the airline that you did not want them to ship the dog as it was the wrong one adn that at no poin tafter that did you receive a different dog or your money back.
You will also need to check the finer terms of your contract.

I wish yout he very best of luck with your case. However, I do not think it's a good idea to post abotu this until said cases have been heard and decided upon.

what I put all according to the fact, and My motivation and intention with no forget and respect to all my friends breeders in croatia and the german shepherd croation klub of association, to put this topic to warn you all my friends around the world to be careful.

Because we here met at forum and in a small community of german shepherd is to have a knowledge and change information about german shepherd dogs, in one motivation to develop the good german shepherd dog, because we all love German shepherd dog, we have the same hobby, and so on.

third, Mr. Stumpywop, Wait till decision made or falling down again another victim or damage caused by djuro and his fellows ???
I made this decision to take this topic up, because I see another games played by them to find another victim, and now there are 3 victims. 
what do you think ???? not  enough ???? or enough ???? so do you think this topic is worthy enough to put on the forum ???? 
at least there is a try to warn, to precaution , to remind all my friends .

I told Djuro that I know and understand the crime, and for me the all evidences, proof, and witnesses are enough for me to take him to court, I know that silly to charge from far away and could be costly??? compare the damaged/the loss money taken by djuro ??? the problem is not about the money, but his unacceptable behaviour could be harmful to anyone, or othere damage of image to all croatian kennel. so what should we do ??? just shut up ??? just look ??? so that Djuro and his friend can do anything he likes to do ???? so we decide to stop him. so i need a moral support from you guys.

I know many people can put this in dude.
Normally people wants to hear both sides of the bell.... I can understand this, but the fact is Djuro is a chetaer, a big cheater and also a big lier.
I made an ad http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/bulletins.read?mnr=503832 a few months ago, at least two more GSD lovers saved money thanks my information.
As Jap Sun Kin said.... how much we must to wait to say stop cheaters?....
Djuro is not the only one who cheated people. This website is great, the biggest one in GSD lovers, I think we must to be with our eyes open in order to check cheaters and liers.
Maybe for some people money is not the fact....however let me tell you pals.....2400 EUR is too much money in my country and we work hard to win money.
Obviously I must to SUPPORT this topic...and not just for me ....for you all...for we all.
Stop cheaters now!

Yes Jorge, Normally People want to hear from both sides, but when we have 3 cases like now, What do they think, a mistake is just a misunderstanding or real cheating ????

When we have an open annoucement like here, if the Djuro and friends felt being slander, He can make a claim / reply against this topic, but in fact he is just quiet....... what do you think people????
