If it's close to my neck of the woods (New Mexico) I'd second Michael Ellis.
Been to a Bernard Flinks seminar and would do it again in a heart beat.....great teacher.

Felloffher, I train on the coast mostly. ( don't worry i'm not an associate of mr. your lab is so dumb you must beat it with a radiator hose....) Tried to get in with the Prince George batch but they are not taking new members. it would be great not to have the haul to the coast regular... OK I have to ask about your user name. What does it mean? inquiring minds want to know

My local all-breed club had Janice Gunn out for a weekend seminar and she was good. Definately was geared more towards AKC style obedience and training for specific exercises etc. She could have seminars tailored differently due to interests though - this was just the topic of our seminar.
So I think that it depends on what you are looking for in a seminar provider.
One person to look at is Bridget Carlsen: http://www.bridgetcarlsen.com/host.html
I have not been to one of her seminars but hear they are fantastic. Hope to attend one in the future.
