I know USCA stopped allowing dual membership with WDA, but what exactly is JA, and what rules are people talking aobut when they refer to it?

JA refers to the name of the guy from the UScA that created the rule......
"Johannes Amendment"
a member of the UScA cannot be a member of the WDA..

Oh, thank you. I know Johannes Grewe has been anti AKc dogs for many years, but I would have never figured out what JA referred to on my own!
